Autumn & November in particular, is a time to harvest and take reflection. A time to celebrate all your hard work and continue pushing forward. Celebrate this change of seasons and honor your body with a special weekend yoga retreat at the beautiful Brown County Inn in Nashville Indiana. This retreat is designed for the mental and physical reflection we all need, and for that immeasurable momentum onward.
Root 2 Flow Yoga Retreat offers a unique combination of 2 yoga styles, Restorative/Gentle Vinyasa and Aquatic. Taught independently of one another but methodically used in a powerful combination. Restore will be taught by Wyatt McKinley and Aqua yoga by Elizabeth McKinley. (we're siblings)
